Edtech has the potential to amplify the impact of educators, but only if it is embedded in their workflows, they know it exists, and they know how to use it.

We can add to your capacity in any of the following ways to ensure these success criteria are met:

  • Designing and executing a market research plan to support the development of new products, the extension of existing products into new markets, and/or the refinement of current products in the context of changing market dynamics.
  • Analyzing market research results to articulate product roadmaps, marketing plans, sales strategies, and customer support models.
  • Training your sales team on how to sell into K-12 education, providing user and buyer personas at various levels within a K-12 institution, an understanding of their workflow, and an understanding of channels and tactics most effective for reaching your audiences.
  • Training educators on how to use your products, contextualized in their problems of practice.  We can create digital training materials that your team can utilize or we can run the training programs for you.
  • Consulting with your educators to create an end-to-end implementation plan for your product that includes both product training, communications plans, and an analysis of systems and processes to support long-term success.
